Gregory H. Stappas, Managing Partner and Vice President of BMA Small Business Payroll in Neshanic Station, New Jersey, oversees all daily operations. Gregory is fervently passionate about BMA’s mission: To help clients increase their cash flow and net profits while simultaneously protecting them from the industry practice of tax impounding. This work both exhausts and exhilarates him!
Gregory is considered by his peers an innovator in the payroll industry regarding detection and resolution of tax fraud. He gladly shares his expertise with both current and prospective clients as a guest speaker and educator within the local business community. Educational topics reflective of Gregory’s business morals include: the evils of tax impounding, the lack of regulation in his industry, and why working with a bigger payroll provider isn’t always better.
In the case of a start-up, or even an established business, careful attention to payroll-processing details can mean the difference between success and failure. Gregory has 18 years of field experience ensuring that small and midsized businesses don’t suffer the financial consequences of neglected or missing payroll logistics.
A graduate of Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island, Gregory Stappas received his Bachelor of Science degree (in Business Administration). He is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB) and the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers (NACPB).
